WhoiswithMe operates primarily on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or access personally identifiable information (PII). This includes:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or account credentials.
• The names of people you register in the App.
• Your notes, tags, priorities, or any personal descriptions you enter.
• Your location data.
• Your device identifiers (except minimal data required by Google Play Billing).
• Any data from your Google Account.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

All data you enter into WhoiswithMe is stored locally on your device. This includes:

• People Records: Names, importance levels, tags, and dates you assign.
• Notes: Work-related notes, values, topics, and timestamps.
• Photos: Images you choose to attach to a person (stored locally).
• SNS Information: Social media identifiers or links you enter.

We do not have access to this information. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

3. In-App Purchases (Optional Support)

WhoiswithMe offers an optional in-app purchase (support_developer_whoiswithme) for users who wish to support ongoing development.

• The purchase is entirely voluntary.
• It does not unlock special data access or collect personal information.
• It is processed securely through Google Play Billing.

4. Permissions

WhoiswithMe may request limited permissions only when necessary for app functionality.

• Photo Access: To allow you to select and attach images to people.

The App does not access contacts, location data, or background services. All selected media remains stored locally on your device.

WhoiswithMe uses the following official Google services:

• Google Play Billing: For optional developer support purchases.

These services are governed by Google’s own privacy policies. WhoiswithMe does not transmit personal records, notes, or photos to any third-party service.

6. Data Security

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for securing your device with appropriate measures such as screen lock, encryption, and backups.
